Join the Los Sabinos Team We are inviting a select number of people to join the "Los Sabinos" team. It is an opportunity for those we invite to participate in a business venture in a number of different ways. The bottom line is that when someone buys a condo in our little community in southern Mexico, the team member who introduced the buyer to us earns a 5% commission on the sale. That is currently between $4,750.00 and $5750.00 (Canadian dollars) payable to you wherever you want to receive it and in whatever currency you prefer. Of course, if one of the team members decides to purchase a condo in "Los Sabinos," he or she will automatically receive a 5% discount on the list price of the condo (in lieu of a commission).
We have been asked just what a team member has to do. The answer to that question is fairly simple - whatever you want to do. You may become a team member simply to get the 5% discount. Or you may pass on the information we supply to you to anyone you know who might want to purchase a condo (that can be one person or hundreds, the number is up to you). Alternatively, you might decide to really sell the units with enthusiasm and market them aggressively. If any of the people you put together with us buys one of the condos, you get the commission. That's it. We will provide you with materials such as brochures, price lists, photos, newsletters and the like (in whatever quantity you request). All you need to do is pass them on to friends, family, or contacts. All of the information will ask the prospective clients to get in touch with us at EVR Canada to begin the purchasing process. Another question we've been asked is how does a team member get started. That too is easy.
